The centre is open every day
We are open from 8am to 8pm, including weekends. Drop in, or ask about a class before you come.
The centre is open from 8am to 8pm every day of the week, weekends included. The doors are open to anyone who lives in the area, whether you are joining a class or simply looking for somewhere to sit and have a cup of tea.
A quieter time to visit
Quieter parts of the day are usually mid-morning and early afternoon, which are good times to visit if you would like to look around or speak to someone without a session going on around you.
If you are coming for a specific programme, check the timetable first so you arrive on the right day. Someone on the front desk can always point you to the right room.
